Experienced IT Support Technician

MTI Business Services provide IT services to a wide range of small businesses, predominately in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Our primary home office is in Belgrave Heights, Victoria.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced level 3 or similar network technician, and the successful applicant will also be the escalation point for our current level 2 technicians. The role is to preferably be full time, covering a mixture of IT services and project ticket work, with occasional helpdesk as required by the business.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel to client sites using their own car. MTI will pay a travel allowance. A work from home option is also considered.

- Be located within a 40 minute drive of our Belgrave Heights office.
Optional items we would be looking for include:
- Microsoft Cloud Services
- Latest server operating system knowledge and skill set
- SQL server detailed knowledge
- Resolve network issues
- Router configurations
- Server fault finding
- Telephone assistance
- General user troubleshooting
- Security knowledge
- Understand small businesses
- ConnectWise Manage and/or Automate experience
